IT User Support Technician - Trinity Multi-Academy Trust

The trust currently comprises of 11 academies, including secondary, primary and further education. We are also home to White Rose Education, West Yorkshire Maths Hub and Trinity Institute of Education, with plans to grow further in the future. This is an exciting time to join our trust.
We are seeking an IT User Support Technician to join our IT Team. Based in Calderdale you will be providing practical support to staff and students, across a range of systems and hardware ensuring that the educational needs of students are met. You will support all users in best practice utilisation of IT resources to fulfil their roles.
This role may require you to travel between sites to support other schools within the trust, so a full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes would be desirable. Mileage expenses will be paid.
What we need:
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to use technology efficiently, (PC, internet, MS Office packages)
- Experience of working with IT systems, in a paid or work experience role
- Good working knowledge of ICT hardware use and repair
