Brakes are recruiting for 2ITSM Change Analysts to join the ITService Management team on a full time, permanentbasis.

We are offering a remote base contractwith working hours of Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Flexibility will berequired for occasional team meetings and travel expenses will bereimbursed.

This role is paying between £28,000 -£32,000 DOE.

As the ITSM Change Analyst it isyour responsibility for facilitating and administering Technologychange management activities. This consists of Normal,Standard and Emergency Changes, totalling 200-250 per month. Youwill take into consideration technology / analytics and governance/ process change impacts across the GB organisation and mitigatingrisks or resistance. This role will engage with a variety of rolesand stakeholder groups across the organisation who are impacted bythese changes.

Operating across STGB as part of”One Sysco GB”, this role focuses on managing changes in the SNOWplatform and driving data analytics to understand the success andimpact of Technology change. The ITSM Change Analyst will bedelivering change activities including assessment, analysis,development, documentation, and implementation of Technology changeto ensure all risks are identified, and impact mitigation plans arefirmly in place before the Technology change isapproved.

Key Accountabilities andResponsibilities:

  • Ensurethat all change records comply with the requirements of the ChangeManagement Process and contain all relevant information to allowall other parties to assess and approve thechange.
  • Work with other supportdisciplines (incident, problem, release and configurationmanagement) to address operational support issues and drivesolutions forward.
  • Review all completedchanges (Emergency, successful or failed) from the previous CABschedule and determine which changes (if any) require a Change PostImplementation Review (CPIR).
  • Ensureevery change request has been fully approved prior toimplementation.
  • Review the Forward Schedule ofChanges for changes that may cause conflict and if necessary rejectthem.
  • Work with the Change Manager to ensurethat Sarbanes Oxley (SoX) audit controls areobserved.
  • Conduct post change analysis as apart of effective reporting.
  • MetricsReporting.
  • Feeds into the Continuous ServiceImprovements log.

Aboutyou:

It is highly advantageousthat the successful candidate has ITIL V3/ V4 foundation and a goodworking knowledge of Service Now with proven experience of workingin a previous Technology position. You will be confident incommunicating with internal and external customers at all levelsand maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail inyour work. You will also take ownership of your own performance andbe able to identify areas for improvement anddevelopment.
