As an ITU Charge Nurse, you'll enjoy a salary of up to £55,000 with shift enhancement. As an ITU Charge Nurse, you will:

• Lead your team to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of specialist care
• Serve as a role model for the hospital's values, ensuring all patients' physical and emotional needs are met
• Use your experienced leadership skills to coach, mentor, and engage with your team
• Head the unit in the absence of the ICU Lead
• Provide bespoke, complex care to patients in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team

The ideal ITU Charge Nurse candidate will have:

• Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin
• Recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits)
• Neuro, Spinal or General ITU experience
• Experience managing others (desirable)
