Project Runner (Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist/ Technician)

Salary: £38-48,000 Dependant on experience

My client is RIBA Chartered and is well established in the market, having over 50 years in the industry and are now on the lookout for a Project Runner. The practice is made up of 3 offices throughout the UK and is highly experienced in multiple projects, inclusive of the Education, Industrial, Residential, Workplace, Health, and Commercial sectors. The wider team has grown significantly over the last few years, with over 40 employees made up of the Senior Management team, Architects, Designers and Technical staff.

The ideal candidate will have substantial post qualification experience, whether this be working as an Architect or Technician/ Technologist and be well versed in leading small to medium sized teams across all RIBA stages. Revit knowledge would be preferred for the role.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Runner:

• ARB registered or CIAT accredited (or working towards if a Technician/ Technologist).
• Substantial post qualification working in a similar level role.
• Manage teams in order to complete work to a high standard within the given time frame.
• Good knowledge of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Living locally to Cambridge and your own mode of transport.
• Relevant sectors to those listed above.
• Ideally, you will have good working knowledge of Revit alongside ether industry standard software's.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Support the Senior Management team whilst mentoring the more junior team members.
• Strong design and technical skills demonstrated throughout your supporting portfolio.
