Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight ( this is not a remote working role)

Hours: 9am - 5pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Duties:

Supporting the Finance Manager in the day to day running of the accounts department including:
Purchase Ledger, checking and coding invoices, liaison with suppliers over discrepancies,
Processing expenses and credit card payments,
Bank and foreign currency reconciliations,
Credit control and assisting with Sales Ledger,
Processing and VAT preparation,
Assisting with month end, year end and audit.

Experience:

Must have a solid level of previous accounting experience including the duties mentioned.
Must have a good level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Must have a good level of computer literacy on MS applications and accounting software, Sage is preferred.

Travel may be required on occasion to visit the client's London office.

Salary: GBP18.50 per hour worked
