Administrative Assistant
This is an important support role within a busy and thriving, highly regarded specialist transport law and training business, which provides legal advice, consultancy, and training to a wide range of clients.
Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00
This role includes:
*Answering telephone enquiries and providing information to callers, taking attendance notes, and directing equiries to the appropriate member of staff or fee earner.
*Monitoring and managing company emails for passing on to relevant staff.
* Maintaining and managing the company office diaries.
* Monitoring and managing paper correspondence.
* Managing, as required, the company time recording software.
* Providing general support to the Director or other fee earners as and when requested.
* Audio Typing, when requested.
* Ensuring the proper management, recording, and filing of all relevant email and paper correspondence in accordance with office protocols.
* Ensuring the proper management, recording, filing, and printing (where appropriate) of all relevant paper and digital documents in accordance with office protocols.
*Filing the Director's email correspondence, accoridng to the appropriate category, when time allows.
*Ensuring compliance with the New Client Protocol for all new clients.
*Scanning, Scheduling and collating client documents for communication to third party as necessary.
*Managing and arranging hotel and travel bookings for staff members, as requested.
* Procuring office supplies and other relevant purchases (to include branded merchandise) for Beverley Bell Consulting and Beverley Bell Training, and ensuring purchases are made in a timely manner and that value for money is always obtained.

*Ability to work proactively, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
*Desire to work with a close team.
*Extensive experience of use of IT, particularly Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams and BT Cloud Work.
Requirements:
*GCSE Grade A - C in English and Maths (or equivelent).
*Previous administrative experience.
