Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure they receive the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support and group interventions for students with a range of SEN.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop education plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
- Understanding of the UK SEN Code of Practice.
