Description: St Leger Homes are looking to recruit an apprentice trained Joiner who is trained to NVQ Level 2 / equivalent City and Guilds,

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a customer focused environment and carrying out the various tasks of Carpentry and Joinery duties and associated maintenance works, on dwellings St Leger Homes manages.

All new employees within Property Services front line delivery are expected to be able to carry out multi-skilling. The successful applicants will be required to carry out additional trade work to a required standard which is in addition to the substantive trade in which you are qualified and it is not intended to mean that you are qualified in an additional trade.

By being available and able to carry out all of an agreed list of additional skills, will be one of the criteria for reaching the top of your grade.

A flexible approach to work, an ability to follow written instructions and procedures and to move and handle, tools, equipment and materials plus a full UK driving licence are essential.

This is a front line position dealing with a range of different people on a daily basis, so we are looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism throughout and who is committed to meeting productivity and performance standards to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services.

Mon – Thurs 8.00 - 16.00

Fri 8.00 - 15.30
