We are working with premium stationery, homewares and gift brand who are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team! They offer both a fantastic culture and career development opportunities and design truly beautiful products sold by leading retailers across both the UK and globally.
They are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their vibrant team in Southwest London. Ideally, you will have some experience within roles such as a wholesale Sales Coordinator, Junior Account Management or similar, and have a positive and proactive approach. We are looking for someone who is customer and service focussed, has a can-do attitude, and is good at building strong relationships!

Your role as Junior Account Manager will include:- Supporting and managing a portfolio of retail accounts, developing good relationships
- Processing orders and managing backorders for your accounts, ensuring any labelling / packaging requirements are communicated to the wider business to aid swift and accurate delivery
- Liaising with accounts with product selection, presenting new seasonal brand collections
- Supporting customers with stock enquires, and any promotional requirements, providing excellent service
- Representing the brand at UK trade shows and meetings with retailers
- Ensuring customer orders are delivered in a timely and accurate manner, working alongside the Logistics, Warehousing, and Credit Control
- Uploading news products to
- Liaising with regional sales agents, providing support as needed including sample packs, and stock & sales reports
- Supporting the wider team as needed
- Some wholesale sales / account management experience within consumer products
- An excellent communicator and natural people person with strong relationship-building skills
- A great multitasker who is highly organised and works well under pressure
- Positive, can-do approach and a love of retail
- A personable, friendly manner, and a strong team player
