A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join my client within the construction industry.
This role would best suit somebody with little or no industry experience, who is looking to stay in a company long term with future progression opportunities.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Updating information using a CAFM system.
- Carrying out audits and conducting client reports to ensure invoices are processed.
- Adhere to tight deadlines and manage PPM works.
- Ensuring invoices are completed, tracked, and reported onto the system.
- Ensure all PPMs are managed and tracked accordingly.
- Supporting the Contract Manager regarding contracts, queries, and any other matters
- Liaising with internal and external parties in a professional manner.
- Formatting and inputting data.
- Any other administrative duties as and when required.
The successful candidate will have/ be:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within the construction industry, but this is not essential.
- Highly organised.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic!
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Educated to a high standard GCSE level (or equivalent), specifically Maths and English
