Our client is looking for a Junior Administrator to work within their Milton Keynes office, working within a fun and energetic team.
Position: JuniorAdministrator
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (Office based)
Salary: £22,000
The job will involve
Ensuring that customers' orders are efficiently scheduled to meet both customer requirements and engineer availability. Arranging travel and accommodation as necessary. Supporting the Sales & Operations functions as required.
Scheduling
- Liaise with the customers to confirm dates, site contacts, parking, inductions, and anything else needed.
- Coordinate third-party engineers if required.
- Provide the customer with any other requested documents.
- Ensure the schedule is maintained with as much information as possible.
- Reconfirm site visit with contact 24 hours prior to attendance.
- Book accommodation within budget
- Book flights and ferries within budget
- Book airport parking
- Book rental cars
- Ensure engineer is emailed copies of all required travel documentation.
- Organising training courses
- Maintaining certification database (checking certificates/ID passes are up to date)
- Organising Vetting Forms for Site ID passes
- Chase engineer for job reports
- Email job report to customer
- Raising purchase orders
