The Role:
Responsibility for the full recruitment cycle for commercial roles across the Greater Manchester area, you’ll be building relationships with clients and candidates through an unwavering focus on Customer Service. Targeted on performance and retention you’ll be given the autonomy to grow your desk and develop the offering to your clients, all whilst propelling your career further.

Requirements:
· +2 years commercial recruitment experience
· Proven track record of achieving targets
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
· Strong attention to detail
· Ambition to be successful
