As a JuniorBartender you will work closely with our Bars Manager and Head Bartender and assist in the day to day operation of our iconic Blue Bar and The Berkeley Bar & Terrace. You will be passionate about working with the finest F&B products and brands and excited to learn from our Bartenders and the senior bar management team.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Assist the Bars Team in organizing, cleaning, and setting up the front of house and back of house areas of the bars, ensuring that 5* luxury standards are maintained at all times.
Prepare the bar for service, ensuring all bar equipment is clean and readily available for the bartenders on duty.
Be fully conversant with all Bar menus and special offers, ensuring efficient communication is maintained at all times.
Regularly check the quality of products used in the bars and ensure that stock levels are monitored and reported accordingly.
Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
Successful candidates for the Junior Bartender opportunity will demonstrate genuine dedication to The Berkeley and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
