Location: Shoreham (Hybrid 3 days in office)

Our Billing team play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our entire customer base. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Billing Analyst to kick start their career in this department. You will play a crucial role in our billing operations, gaining hands-on experience in creating, analyzing, and optimizing invoicing processes
You will most likely be highly numerate and detail driven, with a solid foundation in Excel. This role offers career growth and progression along a number of routes within Focus Group.
Essential Skills
- Analytical Approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload
Desired Skills
- Competent in data management using Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.
- Macros and VBScript in Excel.
- Experience in a Telecommunications or Utilities organisation.
