The Advocate Group is proud to be working with a growing drinks distributor in the premium alcohol space. This business has a strong presence in Major Grocery accounts and is going from strength to strength.

We looking for a Junior Brand Manager with experience in FMCG, with skills across Brand, Trade Marketing, and Category Development. This role will report directly to the Senior Brand Manager and will touch across various areas of Marketing, therefore a great opportunity to diversify your knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Execute brand strategy and activations with the sales team and third-party distributors.
• Support the implementation of brand, channel, and customer-specific plans to develop the business
• Develop and manage brand activation plans that deliver against commercial goals
• Champion the brand portfolio and liaise with brand owners when needed.
• Develop concepts and introduce new products/packs as appropriate.
• Manage external agencies to deliver projects on time and to standard

About You:

• 2-3 years experience with an FMCG brand in a Marketing, Brand, or Trade Marketing role.
• Able to work at pace and keep up with an evolving portfolio of brands
• Experience with brand planning and consumer/market research.
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to execute projects to a high standard
• Eager to learn and wants to build a career in a growing drinks business
