The consultancy are looking for a superstar Ops Manager to join their small team where their work is crucial to the success of the company. You’ll need to be just as happy with the big picture like spotting what needs to work better across the entire business as getting your hands dirty embedding in processes and making sure the day to day effective running of the offices is taken care of.

The perfect candidate will have:
- Previous experience in operations/office management or business transformation project management within a creative/marcoms based business
- Be digital/tech savvy
- Experience that includes policy & process improvement, contract management, supplier management and IT improvements/implementations
