Our client is looking for a Junior BREEAM specialist to join their Planning, Sustainability and Building Regulations firm. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects within the residential, commercial, and retail sectors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Sustainability, Energy or similar
- Knowledge of BREEAM
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Full UK Driving License
- BREEAM qualifications (Desirable)
- Flexibility to travel to client meetings and construction sites
Duties:
- Complete BREEAM Assessments from planning through to completion
- Assist with Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments in line with London Plan requirements
- Support with major projects and co-ordinate services with clients
- Produce monthly client update reports and billing schedules
