Junior Business Analyst

We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our Bristol BAU team working on a highly flexible hybrid basis. You will be responsible for analysing, defining and shaping strategic outcomes to deliver change across the business.

The role is requires a knowledge of Life and Pensions products, so previous experience of working in that industry is a MUST.

• Executing business analysis with business, IT and strategic partners on projects to identify, understand, challenge and agree requirements
• Recommending the best method of achieving the required business outcome via the application of a wide range of analytical tools and techniques
• Interpreting legislative and regulatory changes, assessing the wider impact on business procedures and in designing business solutions
• Producing clear and effective documentation to communicate requirements, business solution options and feasibility assessments to different stakeholder audiences
• Supporting business acceptance testing activities, ensuring that Testing Strategy/Plans are fit for purpose and providing a central escalation point for any queries and issues arising from the Testing Team

• Have previous Life and Pension experience (essential)
• Knowledge of Life and Pension Product
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Are proficient in a wide range of information/data presentation techniques
• Have a good understanding of project methodologies and approaches
• Possess a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
• Have the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
