Junior Business Analyst - Belfast

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading technology company based in the US but building out their team in Belfast in their search for a Junior Business Analyst to join their team.

The Role

In this role you will work with customers to provide bespoke cutting-edge solutions across a wide variety of industries, utilising the latest tech and data driven Technologies. You will work closely with the cross functional teams consisting of developers and architects in an agile way developing the best solution for the customers.

Some duties listed below:

• Collaborate with development on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring.
• Executing plans to test business and functional processes during product development and quality assurance testing.
• Performing implementation problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Attending meetings with engineers and Business Analysts, owning meeting documentation by capturing key decisions.

The Person

• 1-2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working at a software company or working with complex, enterprise-wide technology – desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with a self starter attitude.
