About the Team
Integrated Services delivers professional and joined-up services to enable the firm's growth; connecting people, streamlining processes & using technology to simplify the user experience and make it easier for all of our people.
The Digital Delivery and Innovation Team, within Integrated Services, supports the delivery of the firmwide strategy and aligns with the firmwide transformation agenda; bringing together business understanding, human insight and innovative technology to meet the business's changing needs and expectations. They support our people through strategic use of people technologies, Optimising, enhancing and delivering technology that helps underpin our people Operations.
About the Role
This individual will support the Business Analysts within the team who act as the subject matter experts on specific areas across People Technology platform Workday. The successful candidate for this role will support in ensuring that the operational delivery of the systems is carried out smoothly and successfully. They will be required to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the domain and work with 3rd party support teams, whilst also learning from the Business Analysts as SME's in their respective areas.
Core responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Analyst team in delivering operational requests in relation to all People Technology, including Workday, Service Now and other vendors
  • Be able to use Alteryx to ensure data is migrated in an effective way, reducing time and effort to manipulate data manually
  • Ensure timely completion of tickets raised with support teams, managing stakeholder expectations in relation to the completion of activities
  • Some experiences of gathering , validating, and documenting various system information and business requirements would be helpful.
  • focus on understanding customer/business need and come up with possible solutions to meet those need following a design thinking methodology.
Essential skills:
  • Systems knowledge and understanding
  • Alteryx
  • Proactive in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk
  • Collaboration
  • Articulating complex language into simple terms for stakeholders to understand.
  • Business requirements documenting experience
  • Design Thinking Methodology experience ideal but not essential.
Skills and Experience Required
We're looking for candidates who have varying levels of Business Analysis experience that can effectively and efficiently manage the definition, analysis, delivery and maintenance of business, project and system requirements. We are an evolving team and people that can be agile with change and hungry to learn would be desirable.
Essential:
  • Experience of working in an analyst or equivalent type role within complex environments
  • Good understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements and UAT methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationships
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients
  • Collaborative and able to work across wide people networks and landscapes.
Preferred:
  • Workday Experience
  • People systems experience (Talent Acquisition, HR etc)
  • Previous experience of working within professional services or a regulatory environment
