Are you a Junior CAD Technician with a background in SolidWorks / AutoCAD looking to develop your skillset in an exciting role working on state-of-the-art products within a dynamic team inside a well-established company who pride themselves on their progression and the use of cutting edge technology within the knife industry?

Due to continual growth they are looking for a new Junior CAD Technician to join their team and make the role their own.

In this exciting role you will be using SolidWorks / AutoCAD to create precise 2D/ 3D CAD drawings as well as interpreting customer drawings, leading to the creation of the bespoke knife products. Additionally you will be trained to use a 3D white light Laser Scanner and a CMM machine to aid the creation of the products. You will work a Monday - Friday shift pattern of 9am to 5pm.

This varied role would suit a Junior CAD Technician with a background in SolidWorks / AutoCAD who is looking to enhance their skills and progress their career within an expert company who offer a fantastic working environment, full training on their products and multiple progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Use SolidWorks / AutoCAD to create high quality CAD drawings for a variety of Bespoke Machine Products
• Training on advanced tools like CMM and 3D Laser Scanner
• Further Technical Training on offer and Progression opportunities to Design Manager
• Monday - Friday shift pattern of 9am - 5pm

The Person:

• Junior CAD Technician or similar
• SolidWorks / AutoCAD Experience
• Looking to progress their Technical Skills and Career
• Commutable to Dinnington, Sheffield
