Junior Coach

We are looking for newly qualified CrossFit coaches, who have completed their CrossFit Level 1 Certificate.

The intention is to take the right candidate and turn them into an excellent coach over a period of 6-12 weeks. You'd immediately be involved in our classes, observing other coaches and spending additional 1-1 time with the Head Coach until you are ready to begin teaching. We'd expect you to be teaching your own sessions (supervised) within 4-6 weeks, and be completely independent within 8-12 weeks.

Once you successfully complete your probation period (12 weeks) and meet our coaching standards, you'd then become a permanent coach here at Liverpool Street CrossFit.

We take pride in the quality of our coaching, it's a pivotal part of our identity. As a result, we are looking for people who genuinely want to become a career coach and develop the skills necessary to be a truly great teacher.

We also believe that you should "practice what you preach" by having a good level of physical fitness, be able to perform the movements we teach in CrossFit, and have an ongoing commitment to constantly improving yourself, physically and intellectually.

The ideal candidate is self motivated, personable, capable of working as part of a team but also reliable and responsible enough to work on their own for an entire shift. We are a relatively small team here at the moment, which will increase significantly over time. Each one of us here at 24N Fitness plays a crucial role in upholding our standards and reputation.

This is an employed role, on a part time basis. You will be paid a basic hourly rate, and will then be paid commission on top of that for extra classes and Personal Training sessions delivered "off-shift". A free membership to the gym is included, and coaches are encouraged to utilize open-gym or attend classes as often as possible. You will have constant access to experienced, knowledgeable coaches who can help guide you, we also have a wonderful client base who are a joy to work with.
