SalaryA prestigious law firm specialising in commercial real estate is seeking an exceptional Junior Commercial Property Solicitor (1 year PQE) to join their dynamic team in the City. This firm covers the full range of commercial real estate disciplines, from buying and selling commercial and mixed-use properties to all aspects of landlord and tenant transactions, property investment, funding, and property development.
The Junior Commercial Property Solicitor's Role
The successful Junior Commercial Property Solicitor will become an integral part of the Commercial Real Estate team, which acts for a wide range of domestic and international clients, including HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, companies, institutional and private investors, funds and developers, institutional lenders, and private banks. You will be providing expert advice to corporates acquiring their UK headquarters or expanding their UK presence, UK retail chains, as well as fledgling companies taking their first steps on the real estate ladder.
The Junior Commercial Property Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in Commercial Property law.
- Strong academics - 2:1 minimum
- Experience in handling a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of landlord and tenant transactions, property investment, funding, and property development.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to provide bespoke and personalised advice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a diverse caseload effectively.
