Senior Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor

My client is a London-based firm that specialises in property law, offering a range of services to clients across the UK. They are looking for a solicitor with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential and commercial conveyancing, who can handle complex and high-value transactions with confidence and professionalism.

I am seeking someone with vast experience in handling property transactions and land purchases for both UK and non-UK residents as well as the sale and purchase of commercial property for commercial investors as part of an investment portfolio or for redevelopment purposes.

The range of work handled by the team include a wide range of conveyancing services such as advising on rights of way, restrictive covenants, auction sales/purchases, buy to let, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, refinances, transfers of equity, lease assignments and extensions, residential property development, plot sales, lease renewals, business renewals and the acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive and problem-solving approach. You will also need to have a good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations, as well as the current market trends and best practices. You will be expected to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other members of the team and the firm.
