The head of the non-contentious construction team is now looking to enhance their practice with an elite junior associate with proficient experience in a broad range of high-value complex construction matters. The team offers comprehensive services across major construction sectors, including energy, mining, infrastructure, and real estate. Their clients vary from developers and funders to financial investors and contractors. The practice also excels in advising clients on complex projects across major industry sectors, placing particular emphasis on energy transition and new technology initiatives.
Candidate requirements include:
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 - 3 years PQE in non-contentious construction within a reputable law firm
- Strong academic credentials in law.
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
