Junior Content & Creative Exec

Talent Guardian have an exciting opportunity for a Content & Creative Executive for a 12-month fixed term contract, to join a dynamic team in Biggleswade. You will be supporting the Social Media Executive and Creative Manager, with direct reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Content & Social Media Executive to plan, create, edit, and schedule content across various channels for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Assists in creating campaign content for new product launches, seasonal sales, events, and holidays.
• Organises and executes photo and video shoots for product launches and social-focused campaigns.
• Aids the Marketing Team in generating content for Independent and Chain Retailers, ensuring consistency across all social channels.
• Engages with and visits the network of retailers monthly in the UK and quarterly in Ireland to provide fresh, relevant content.
• Creates a diverse range of video-first, high-performing content for all social media platforms.
• Assists the digital team with content creation for website activities and graphics.
• Responds to consumers across all social media channels in line with the brand voice.
• Monitors and engages with consumers on forum and blog activity.
• Maintains brand integrity by monitoring social media channels.
• Aids the Branding Team with campaign and seasonal promotional activity graphic design requests.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in videography, shooting on iPhone and DSLR cameras.
• Video editing skills, particularly using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Previous experience in content creation and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva), and familiarity with InDesign and Illustrator preferred.
