The Role - Junior Contracts Manager
You'll be responsible for the surveying and management of a range of projects, reporting
directly to the Managing Director.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management, planning, and programming of projects.
- Producing method statements and risk assessments.
- Administrate and monitor Management Software.
- Carrying out site surveys.
- Undertake quality checks.
- Assist with the submission of quotations and tenders.
- Monitor productivity.
- Assist with business development.
- Communicating with our clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
About You -
You'll be able to work on your own initiative, and bring innovative thinking to the team. You'll be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and team player with a meticulous attention to detail.
You will be proficient in use of Word and Excel. Have the ability to build good relations
with clients and colleagues.
Hold a full Driving Licence
Benefits - Junior Contracts Manager
Salary £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + Bonus
33 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays - Option to buy or sell holidays
