Junior Designer

Main Duties

We’re looking for a Junior/Graduate Designer to join an award-winning agency. Working as part of their creative & design team, you will be responsible for the design and art working of material across a variety of formats, both digital and printed. The ideal candidate would have some relevant industry experience and would be looking for the opportunity to expand their skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Examples of the work you will be involved with include:

• Assist in the creation of visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media.
• Collaborate with senior designers to bring concepts to life and contribute to the overall design strategy.
• Preparing and art working files for printing
• Assisting in the creation of creative pitch documents
• Maintain organised files and folders for all design projects to facilitate easy access and collaboration.

Skills and Experience Required

Required experience/qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design or a related role may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organisational and personal time management skills
• Proficient in Adobe CS InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to completion.
• Interest in Motion, Editing and Web design a bonus
