An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join the Karen Millen creative design team, delivering fashion forward creative across many channels within the business. Reporting to the Creative Manager and working very closely with not only the creative design team, but wider teams too, the role is pivotal in ensuring that all concepts are exemplary in their design and delivered with consistency across all channels.
Your team

You’re an agile worker with exemplary time management skills. You are passionate designer who is willing to bring new and exciting ideas to the table. You have strong editorial design skills. You will be innovative and be open to trying new things.

- You will be responsible for the creation of design solutions to briefed projects across several channels such as Social, Email, E-commerce and Press.
- Ability to conceptualise new creative ideas, templates and concepts
- Maintain brand consistency throughout your work
- Great repro knowledge and digital knowledge
- Design/produce Social Media Content
- Design/produce print related marketing material
- Design/produce Internal/External presentations and decks for management
- Offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to the Creative Manager
- Conceptualise promotions and design across channel
- Create and manage file archives

About you
- Some experience in graphic design or a degree in design is preffered
- Must have a great working knowledge of the Adobe package: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD , After Effects or other animation or video software.
- Keen interest in the Karen Millen brand
- Punctual and organised
- Great communicator and collaborator
- Creative awareness and an ability to combine an innovative approach with commercial ideas
- Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Commitment, drive and self-motivation
