We are looking for a Junior Digital Analyst to work on new Digital initiatives to support the business on driving sales and growing performance. Analyse data to draw a clear and relevant conclusion with actionable insights. Focus on producing insights and analysis from various data sources that help inform decision making. 

The Role:
•    Compile and analyse regular reports for specific territories and markets, ensuring accuracy and validity in the data.
•    Process and analyse datasets in Microsoft Excel using functions such as lookups and pivot tables etc. to produce recommendations and findings for various stakeholders across the organisation.
•    Work closely with senior team members to interpret data and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
•    Build and maintain dashboards for the digital department to measure key performance indicators and work towards targets. 
•    Handle large datasets and implement the use visualisations tools such as Power BI.
•    Proactively analyse data on from Google analytics and our CRM platform to report on product, consumer, and geographical trends to maximise sales opportunities.
•    Collaborate with our digital marketing stakeholders to ensure data, insight and analytics drive continuous optimisation and improvement.
•    Analyse and provide regular insight in all aspects of the digital journey to pull out trends and report on performance to improve the conversion rate of key customer journeys and digital channels.

Your Skills and Experience:
•    A strong analytical approach with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. 
•    Experience and a keen interest in customer and web insights to inform commercial decisions. 
•    Experience of analysing data and producing comprehensive and informative reports using Excel.  
•    Ability to plan, organise and prioritise. 
•    Ability to liaise with third parties on a regular basis.
