We are looking for an aspiring marketer who wants to specialise and learn about email/CRM marketing and join our team of digital marketing experts. Nestled in the heart of leafy Cheshire, our cutting-edge digital marketing agency is renowned for managing a diverse portfolio of our own high-traffic brands.
As our CRM/Email Assistant, you will be responsible for creating email campaigns across multiple market-leading brands. You’ll learn how to build and fully manage email campaigns and flows whilst being fully trained on how to use a leading Email Marketing platform!
You will work closely with our email/CRM manager to develop and implement our email and SMS marketing strategy, as well as monitor and analyse the performance of our campaigns. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team and develop your skills in Email Marketing and CRM.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of Email Marketing campaigns.
- Conduct audience segmentation based on customer demographics, behaviour, and preferences.
- Implement targeted email strategies to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and visually appealing email content.
- Assist in designing and implementing A/B tests to optimise email performance.
- Analyse results and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor key email and SMS marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports.
- Implement best practices for list hygiene and subscriber management.
- Support the implementation of email automation workflows to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
