SalaryWe are looking for an Event Planner to join our team.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, great communication skills and bundles of enthusiasm for events, weddings and good food.
Duties will include:
- Hosting meetings to take clients through their planning journey
- Chasing forms and vital information for events to complete planning documentation within the time required
- Liaising with the kitchen team on menu requirements
- Planning and hosting private tastings as well as tasting events
- Producing event briefings and handing over clients to the operational team
- Attending client events at our partnered venues
- Assisting onsite at events
- Nurturing relationships with our venue partners
Requirements:
- You will have experience working in a similar role and have an understanding of the planning aspect of events, especially weddings.
-Excellent written and spoken English
-An eye for detail and a team player.
- Solid understanding of Office 365, Tripleseat experience is a bonus
- Use of own transport (due to rural location of office)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, this is an incredibly busy role where you will be expected to juggle multiple tasks and look after a large portfolio of clients.
The position is therefore available immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
