We are a professional services company based in Liverpool looking to recruit a Junior IT Technician to help support internal users, working in a predominantly Microsoft environment. The ideal candidate will have some IT knowledge and a strong desire to learn and progress quickly within the IT field.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This vacancy will suit a candidate looking to progress their career in IT, perhaps with some commercial experience but we will accept academic experience and a desire to learn. You will be involved in managing the IT and Cloud infrastructure that we use to drive our business, right across our estate. This will mean facilitating starters and leavers, ensuring all equipment is provisioned and available when and where it is needed.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• A keen desire to progress within a career in IT
• Knoweldge of Windows Server, Active Directory, O365
• Strong communication skills and a confidence speaking with users

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

• An understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure
