Junior Legal PA

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an eager Junior Legal PA to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid-working basis at their London office. The priority of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Investment Management team. Duties of the position include:Billing using 3EProcessing expensesProcessing new business intakeDiary managementMaintaining filesArranging travelEntering timeAnswering phone callsApplicants for this position must have at least 18 months experience working within a law firm and have billing experience. They should also be hard-working and proactive and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and iManage.
