Junior Legal Secretary£ 31,000 - 37,000City of London THE COMPANY: Our client is a top law firm who are seeking a Junior Secretary to join their London office on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:

• Complex diary management for partners and scheduling meetings and appointments accordingly
• Drafting high quality correspondence, letters, documents, agendas and reports
• Taking meeting minutes and producing action lists
• Building strong relationships with internal and external clients

THE PERSON:

• Experience in a junior secretarial role within a legal environment
• Experience in a service driven environment with stakeholder confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of all MS Office applications
