Due to ongoing success, they are looking for a keen individual with good mechanical aptitude looking to pursue their career in Manufacturing Engineering. The successful candidate will be qualified to HNC level and have experience in a manufacturing environment.
Mechanical Engineering graduates also considered.
Junior Manufacturing Engineer Position Overview
- Providing assistance with the smooth NPI transfer into production
- Coordinating with multiple internal departments, including engineering, production and supply chain
- Creating work instructions and attending design reviews to support NPI activity
- Increasing production by creating jigs and fixtures
- Working in the manufacturing assembly area on a daily basis to ensure smooth operation and optimise workflows
- Receiving training on company specific equipment
Junior Manufacturing Engineer Position Requirements
- Qualified to HNC level in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Experience within mechanical manufacturing environment
- Based within commutable distance of Worthing
Junior Manufacturing Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary £23,000 - £24,500
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
