The role…
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant who is passionate about home interiors and marketing to join our Leicestershire based, head office team. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you must be a proactive and organised individual who is confident across the key social platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest & You Tube).
The fast-paced nature of this role requires candidates who are excellent communicators, social media savvy and able to prioritise certain tasks, whilst being reactive to the teams requirements. No previous experience is required for the role.
Key responsibilities...
As a Junior Marketing Assistant your key role is to support the day-to-day activities within the Marketing Team. This will include…
- Community Engagement across social platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & You Tube).
- Maintaining the photoshoot database.
- Contacting and organising customer shoot days.
- ‘Housekeeping’ across social platforms.
- Sample Tracking.
- Managing props inventory.
- Dispatch PR samples.
- Update and order showroom POS.
- Create internal ‘new in’ and ‘sale’ comms.
- Place ad hoc orders to fulfil team requirements.
- Website updates and admin.
Working hours are 08.00 am - 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaind lunch break.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
