If you love children's stories and you’ve got great ideas to promote our beautiful books, then we want to meet you! We’re searching for someone with a sense of fun, creative flair, a good working knowledge of design for print and media, marketing in all forms of social media but most importantly a PASSION for children’s books.You will be developing and designing marketing materials to appeal to our current customers and attract new ones too. If you are at the start of your career, have a love of children’s books and marketing, this role will give you a great grounding and a spring board into a career in marketing design. If you are coming with experience, prepare to work with a team of entrepreneurial thinkers in a fast paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities - Marketing DESIGNER:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the team meets timescales and expectations
- Produce designs that show creative flair and attract the attention of our customers.
- Producing eye catching and on trend marketing materials for both print and all forms of social media.
- Produce stand designs and graphics for Book Fairs and other events.
- Help with Sales Presentations
- Design and layout of our annual catalogue
- Help with Licensing Pitches when needed.
- Website design
Essential Skills:
- Passion for children’s books
- A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, and Illustrator and Photoshop
A degree in design is an advantage but we are willing to consider self taught designers who can show a good range of work in their portfolio or samples.
