The Advocate group is looking for a Junior National Account Manager to further develop an already fantastic brand within Grocery / Highstreet channels.

Selling their products at a consumer-friendly price point have distinguished their brand from other names in this space, enabling them to secure major listings with some of the Top4. This brand has put huge emphasis on their social media presence & have performed particularly well with younger age demographics.

Much like this company is on an upward trajectory….. They’re looking for a driven ambitious individual who’s looking to take the next step-up in their career as a Junior NAM.

This role would be perfect for someone from a National Account Executive / Regional Sales background looking to make a step-up into a Junior National Account Manager role.

Along with a high-performing culture & an incredible new office space, this is a fantastic opportunity within the consumer product space for a high end, sustainable & affordable brand.

The Person

• Experienced in an account executive / regional sales / Account Manager role.
• Experience Developing / growing / maintaining accounts from either grocery / high-street
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Role responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understanding of the metrics which drive growth
• Maintaining strong connections with head office personnel, in particular sales, NPD and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and accurate flow of information.
• Commercial acumen with some P&L experience
