New Business Relationship Executive - Hybrid

Location: Birmingham, Hybrid - B24 9FD
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 plus commission
Contract: Full time, Permanent

You are dynamic and results driven with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

You have experience in outbound business development and the ability to generate new sales in a cold sales environment.

As our New Business Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving New Business across the Global ICA Territories via outbound sales activity
  • Driving industry growth within target sectors
  • Generating leads for ICA Senior Sales team

Additionally, you will:

  • Achieve target sales; leads generated targets
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of New Business opportunities
  • Work on targeted Sales campaigns as agreed with Sales Director
  • Obtain and share, in a timely basis, insight and information from client meetings & in prospecting calls
  • To develop New Business in the EMEA region via the outbound sales activity
  • Work in collaboration with senior sales team to generate leads for each campaign
  • Collaborate with fellow members of the corporate sales team to share insight/best practice and lead on Sales enablement projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • To develop New Business within different international territories
  • To develop New Business in targeted industries - as agreed with Sales Director

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • New outbound business development experience
  • To have a passion for consultative sales and a desire to dig deep into accounts to diagnose the best solutions for them - even if they don’t know about them yet.
  • To enjoy the challenge of the sales environment
  • Ability to forecast a New Business pipeline accurately
  • Ability to generate new sales in a cold sales environment
  • Excellent communication and accurate, professional written skills with the ability to engage across multiple platforms (in person, virtually and via email)
  • Principles of negotiating
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience of using a CRM system is desirable
  • Experience of selling B2B services and dealing with dynamic customers, ideally in a training environment
