We are looking for a junior Pa with bags of energy and willingness to learn, to support a busy working family based in Chelsea who need help progressing projects and organising their private affairs.
This is an opportunity for a smart individual who is looking to gain PA experience in a private household setting, growing, learning and being involvement in meaty projects and exposure to all aspects of PA including lifestyle, liaison with 3rd parties and more.
The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who has a can-do approach to their work, quick thinking, highly organised with excellent written English and solid admin/IT skills.
You will need to be a resourceful, energetic self-starter with plenty of initiative will be able to learn and adapt quickly to the family’s requirements and preferences.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Booking and diarising appointments
• Dealing with purchases, orders and returns
• Keeping accurate records
• Sourcing items
• Researching travel/holiday/family activities
• Reviewing/editing documentation
• Drafting correspondence
• Paying and filing invoices
• Keeping good records and spreadsheets
• Sourcing, purchasing and shipping items
• Doing research
• Ad hoc errands
• Liaising with small team of household staff
• Organising events
• Requirements:
• Degree educated
• Excellent level of written English
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Social Media)
• Efficient, organised and able to work quickly
Hours/Days: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, some out of hours contact
