The team assists a wide range of clients across Scotland with executry services and estate planning advice. You will bring expertise in managing various caseloads of Private Client work.
Some of your duties will include:
Investigating assets in executry estates
Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
Developing knowledge of trusts and trust tax; and working toward preparation of trust deeds and trust minutes
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the executry process and succession law. The firm is keen to hear candidates from newly qualified up to 3 years PQE with Private Client experience. This is a full-time position offering a great opportunity for career progression.
