Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team, suppliers, and customers to ensure positive interactions.
- Acquire knowledge and execute various processes including product setup, procurement, stock management, and pricing.
- Stay abreast of daily currency rates and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Participate actively in weekly sales meetings, providing valuable insights and support.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of current technologies and product roadmaps to assist the sales team efficiently.
- Liaise with Operations and Finance Teams concerning purchases and financial matters.
- Generate and deliver regular reports as necessary (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly).
- Maintain close collaboration with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Previous experience in a similar role or administrative position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanour with active participation in meetings.
- Excellent time management abilities with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware would be beneficial but not mandatory.
