As Junior Project Manager within this high-tech engineering company, you will be supported in your career growth and progression to Project Manager. Working closely with the Programme Manager, you’ll lead projects from requirement definition to deployment, ensuring projects are delivered to specification on time and within budget.

As Junior Project Manager you'll:
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimations, and project implementation plans including risk mitigation.
- Analyse project progress and adapt timelines, costs etc as required.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients providing day-day contact on project status and changes.
- Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable output.
As Junior Project Manager you’ll have:
- Previous experience within a similar Project support role within the engineering or technical industry would be ideal.
- Project Management qualification would be desirable – Ideally PMI or equivalent.
- Risk management experience.
- Knowledge of New Project Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
