£24,000 plus commission. OTE £36,000

Previous experience in property is not required.

Portico Invest is a Property Investment Company. As a group, we have regularly sold over £100 Million pounds worth of investment property, and in 2023, we delivered over 1,000 completions for our clients and into our property management company.

This role is focused on telephone sales, so a good telephone manner is essential. You will have strong sales and negotiation skills and a desire to be successful. We are also looking for candidates that thrive in a demanding environment, excel under pressure.

This is the right role for someone who is highly motivated, driven and ambitious and ready to hit the ground running.

You will be the type of person who is energetic, determined and has the ability to build a quick rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

The role:

You will report to the Head of Sales.

• Calling and following up inbound sales leads
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout the whole sales process.
• Working closely with the Sales Manager throughout the sales process.
• Deal with a high volume of telephone calls per day
• Providing clients with in-depth written proposals via email
• Working towards set targets.
• Maintaining competitor and market awareness
• Actively developing and maintaining knowledge of our product offering

• High level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
