Our client based in Liverpool, is looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential, mixed-use buildings and estates across the local areas. Due to the travelling between properties, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working within a customer service position or an added advantage would be to have experience within the property industry.
The Junior Property Manager will be responsible for:
- Carrying out property inspections and writing up reports
- Arranging for PPM, general maintenance and upkeep of the common areas
- Dealing with contractors, obtaining quotes for works and managing service budgets.
- Attending EGM's, AGM's, Directors and Residents meetings
- Ensuring developments are insured and handling insurance claims.
- Dealing with any breaches of the lease
- Using your strong administration, communication and people skills to deal with all related administration, correspondence and customer complaints.
The AIRPM Qualification would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
The salary for this role is between £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience as well a car allowance. Along with great company benefits that includes 25 days holiday (rises with service), they offer support with professional qualifications and excellent career opportunities.
