The Client:

The Role:
As a JuniorProperty Manager, you will work collaboratively with other Property Managers in the day-to-day operations and management of properties.
Duties:
* Conduct property inspections, prepare reports, and oversee maintenance.
* Manage budgets and client accounts, ensuring financial compliance.
* Administer building, directors, and officers' insurance.
* Organise and attend various meetings, including EGMs, AGMs, and resident meetings.
* Address breaches of lease agreements.
* Coordinate with contractors for property-related tasks.
* Facilitate property sales and lease assignments.
* Manage and resolve complaints effectively.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Junior Property Manager or in a similar role.
* Proven experience in property management.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to handle meetings and correspondence professionally.
