Duties Include -
- Source Products and provide quotes/tenders for clients
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
- Support the wider team will all aspects of admin as when required
- Coordinate with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Requirements -
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software preferable
- Be a self motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Exel, Google Suite)
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
