The Role:
- As a Junior Purchasing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations team with general office administration and purchasing. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside and supporting the Contract Managers
- Assisting with typing up of work sheets
- Posting supplier invoices
- Raising internal Purchase Orders as required
- Administration on the projects and the CRM
- Training up and assisting in the procurement of goods and services.
- Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and prices (training given).
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory.
- Collaborating with various teams to streamline procurement processes.

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
