Outstanding opportunity awaits a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned and expanding subcontractor specialising in joinery design and build fit-outs for major UK developers and contractors. This role offers extensive support and training, paving the way for career progression into senior management.

On offer is the chance to work directly with the Commercial Director who will support in on the job training of the QS role across varying projects from tender through to handover, giving you the opportunity to progress up the ladder with the business.

This well-established design and build subcontractor specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of a range of joinery and furniture within the residential sector for major UK contractors and developers including Barratt Homes, Sir Robert McAlpine and Countryside Partnerships. The company is dedicated to strengthening existing relationships, securing framework agreements, and cultivating new business opportunities, in light of this they are now looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor.

In this role you will be based from the office near Epping working directly with the Commercial Director where you will support end to end on all projects. This will include creating tenders, pricing works, pitching to clients to win bids, securing new projects and clients, procurement, buying, delivery of projects, quality control, budget control, variations, valuations and final accounts.
